  3. Delivery / Shipment Policy

    1. ohmytech.pk will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of PAKISTAN. 2. Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. 3. Delivery time within PAKISTAN 2-4 working days. 4. Customers Information: Customer personal information’s will solely be used for their orders and inquiries. Ohmytech will not share, rent or disclose any information with anyone under any circumstances.

  4. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

    1. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. 2. Exchange or Return is possible only within five (7) days of purchase from date of delivery subject to the terms herein: In case if you wish to Exchange or Return the product(s), please contact us on the address given in Contact Details for approval and further actions. 3. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can cancel your order within 24 hours and send the item back to us for full refund within one week in its original condition and with all accompanied accessories. The postage charge will be deducted and the rest of amount will be refunded immediately. 4. Please note that we cannot accept return if the product original packing seal is broken as it will be non-sellable condition. 5. All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment. 6. Order will be cancelled if not picked up or delivered (due to customer’s wrong address & contact details) within 10 working days. Any credit card payments will be fully refunded.
